Mike Jacoutot
Founder and Managing Partner, Butler Street

Mike Jacoutot is the founder of Butler Street. With a 194%  year over year growth and a 90 Net Promoter Score®, Butler Street has established itself as one of the leading consulting, training and research firms to the middle market.  Before founding Butler Street, Mike Jacoutot spent the previous nine years as CEO of a national health care staffing company and most recently, a revenue cycle company.  Mike brings a strong combination of Lean Six Sigma process skills together with 34 years of sales and marketing experience.  The operating results include:

 

  • 25% CAGR in revenue and 52% CAGR in EBITDA - healthcare staffing

  • 63% CAGR in revenue and 291% CAGR in EBITDA - revenue cycle

  • Grew $1 million clients from 17 to 211 - document management

 

Mike is also the author of Become the Only Choice.  Now in its third printing, the book emphasizes a combination of consultative selling and process management techniques to enable sales people to sell the way clients buy.

 

A four-time All-American collegiate wrestler, Mike led The College of New Jersey wrestling team to two national championships.  He culminated his senior year by winning the NCAA Division III Championship after three consecutive second place finishes. In March 2015, Mike was inducted into the National Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame.  In October 2013, Mike was inducted into The College of New Jersey Athletic Hall of Fame along with his 1981 NCAA Division III Championship Team.  He holds a B.A. in Management.

 

Mary Ann McLaughlin
Managing Partner, Butler Street

Mary Ann is a managing partner at Butler Street.  Prior to Butler Street, Mary Ann served in executive roles for thirteen years including Chief Operating Officer, President and Managing Director.  A Six Sigma Champion certified executive, Mary Ann leverages her robust process background with thirty-two years of sales and operational experience.  Her operating results include:

 

  • 28% CAGR in revenue and 43% CAGR in EBITDA – healthcare staffing

  • Implemented $350 million strategic account division and subsequently grew35%  YOY – commercial staffing

  • Increased associate engagement over 22% while improving retention 38% - healthcare staffing

  • Placed top 1% of internal managers on VOA surveys for workplace excellence – commercial staffing, document management

  • Led acquisition integration efforts and process standardization – commercial and healthcare staffing, revenue cycle

  • 14-time 100 Plus Club sales leader - document management

 

A recreational triathlete, Mary Ann has completed three marathons (Chicago 2x, Marine Corp) and numerous triathlons.   She holds B.S. in Marketing from Bradley University.

 

Frank Costantino
Managing Partner, Butler Street

Prior to joining Butler Street, Frank accumulated over three decades of successful sales and executive leadership experience.  His passion for sales discipline and process has driven practical solutions for sales organization development, revenue and operating profit growth. Frank's accomplishments include:

 

  • Booked $110 million new contracts one twelve month period

  • Led a National Account team that increased the number of $1million dollar accounts to over 200 within a ten year period

  • Developed strategic account knowledge sharing teams to launch new cross-selling initiatives resulting in innovative market solutions and increased client retention

  • Created a world-class Sales Learning and Development organization with specific emphasis on coaching mastery, sales negotiation and on-boarding 200 new sales representatives

 

Frank has been recognized with numerous sales and sales leadership awards.  He has also received top honors from his peers and direct reporting teams in VOA rankings.  He has served on the Advisory Board of Target Account Selling.

Frank holds a B. S. in Business Management from NYIT.
